1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please follow the steps below to initiate a return and request a refund.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please follow these steps to process your return:
• Contact Us: Email our customer service team at sayhigh@hippiewater.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the defective or damaged product.
• Return Authorization: Once we receive your email, we will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
• Return the Product: Ship the defective or damaged product back to us following the instructions provided. Be sure to include the RA number on the outside of the package to ensure proper processing.
• Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the defect or damage. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Return Shipping Costs
For defective or damaged products, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the product to us.

5. Exchanges
