• Shipping: We ship Products to addresses within the United States where the sale of hemp-derived products is legal. Shipping rates and delivery times are provided at checkout.

• Delivery: Title and risk of loss for all Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

‍7. Returns and Refunds
‍Due to the nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the Product is defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged Product, please contact us at sayhigh@hippiewater.com within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a description of the issue.

‍If you purchase a subscription to our Products, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your account settings on the Site.
